This document governs the terms and conditions of sale of products offered via the website https://smartcamper.it, managed by MultiverseDevices S.r.l..
By placing an order, the user fully accepts these conditions of sale.

Products and availability

All products for sale are described in the relevant product sheet.
Actual availability may vary. In the event of post-order unavailability, the user will be contacted by email with the possibility of a refund or replacement.

Prices and VAT

The prices indicated are VAT included, expressed in euros (€) and valid only for Italy.
During checkout, the division between net price, VAT e gross total.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

  • Credit/debit card (Stripe or WooPayments)

  • Bank transfer (if enabled)

  • Other methods indicated at checkout

Payment is in advance and a necessary condition for order processing.

Shipping

Shipments are made in Italy by traceable courier.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.

Invoicing

If you wish to receive an invoice, you can indicate your company details during checkout.
The invoice will be sent by email within a few days after dispatch.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, the user has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent by email to info@smartcamper.it.
Products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, at the customer's expense.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Warranty and Service

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for conformity defects.
In case of problems, please contact us at assistenza@smartcamper.it specifying the order number and the problem encountered.

Limitation of liability

SmartCamper is not liable for any malfunctions due to incorrect installation or improper use.
Under no circumstances may compensation exceeding the value of the purchased product be claimed.

Place of jurisdiction

The court of Prato (PO) is competent for any dispute, except for the consumer's mandatory rights.
